I finally got to ride this amazing horse earlier in the week. He's a Egyptian Arabian stallion, but as sweet as can be. He belongs to a friend of ours, who has decided to sell him. The family who's buying him is very lucky. Sadly, he has been gelded since we took these pictures.
My sister has a mare who was recently bred to him. We're praying the baby lives, because it will be the last by this stud, who always passed on an amazing and gentle tempermant and a very thoughtful mind. She's supposed to be due early this summer. I'll keep you posted. ^.^

Bethy: they gelded him b/c they do not have the room to keep him off by himself. This way they can turn him out to pasture with the other horses once he adjusts to his new family & herd. And even though he'll always act like a stud, he'll just be all show and no, well, product.
Eventually he may stop being a show-off in front of the mares, but considering he's already 17, I doubt it. ;)
so sad :(
